Jim Royal's "CSS Best Practices" is for people who want to take the next step in web page authoring.

CSS Best Practices is an introduction to the nuts and bolts of using CSS in a practical way. It assumes that the audience has a basic familiarity with HTML, but no familiarity with CSS. It is an excellent primer, with sample materials and practical examples.
